You’ll have the opportunity to meet and mingle with fellow Vasioneers outside of the office during a variety of activities Tuesday afternoon. Scheduling details will be available closer to CKO.
Employees are responsible for booking their own flights. We recommend booking as soon as possible and at least two weeks in advance for the best rates. Flights are available into both Las Vegas and St. George–we ask that you compare rates and select the most reasonable option in coach class only.
Rental cars are only available if there is at least double occupancy per vehicle. Attendees must coordinate shared rental cars themselves, we will not be assigning groups. Single travelers flying into Las Vegas can book their individual reservation on the St. George Shuttle from Harry Reid International Airport to Vasion HQ. Travelers will then have to take an Uber or Lyft from the shuttle drop off to their hotel. Visitors are responsible for coordinating ground transportation to and from the office throughout CKO, either by rental car, another employee with a vehicle, or Uber and Lyft.
A block of rooms is reserved at two neighboring hotels. Individual attendee reservation information will be sent closer to the event, including which of the following hotels you’ll be staying at:
* Both hotels offer a complimentary breakfast.
CKO week is January 23-26. Traveling employees need to be in St. George by end of day Sunday, January 22. All employees are asked to stay the full week for individual team days and management trainings in addition to CKO activities.
Business casual is ideal for CKO sessions and team breakouts at HQ. If you’re participating in an adventurous Tuesday night activity–like biking or rock climbing–activewear is recommended.
Yes, you’re highly encouraged to dress in your best 60s attire (think Mad Men) for our casino night.
The average temperature in St. George in January varies between a high of 49.1°F (9.5°C) and a low of 32.5°F (0.3°C).
CKO activities and meetings are for employees only.
All receipts for travel reimbursements will need to be submitted through the expense report system, Fyle, and code it to the event CKO 2023.
Expenses will be approved by your manager and we ask all managers to ensure CKO expenses are within reasonable limits.
